- Familiar with RFQ process, manufacturing cost, MVA/NRE quotation structure
- Familiar with project management through NPI and sustaining process
- Strong quantitative analytical and critical thinking skills
- Capable to handle multiple sudden assignments
- Detail oriented and learn quickly in a dynamic environment
- Good at reporting and presentation skill
