1. Be the expert of IC driver support for different mcu and different protocol
2. Lead the team and develop the team to perform
3. Take full ownership of embedded driver development in terms of schedule, quality, and efficiency
4. Key communication window between Dediprog kernel team and English communication with key customers when needed.
5. Set good examples of good performance
6. Be creative and take initiatives in finding ways to do the job better
7. Proactively learning new technology and knowledge and apply to the work

Requirements:

1. EE/Automation/CS background;

2. Fimiliar with different MCU architecture (51/PIC/AVR/ARM...) and solid experience of firmware developping;

3. C expert and knowing other popular programming language;

4. Basic hardware knowledge, understanding the MCU system circuit; the ability to debug with different tools;

5. Fimiliar with different bus interface (IIC/SPI/USB/JTAG...), solid knowledge of JTAG debugging is preferred;

6. Experience of being an team leader and leading a project;

7. minimum of 10 solid development and project management experience in embedded firmware field

8. Good at document reading; should be a quick learner;

9. Eager to know frontier technology
