Operation manager should oversee the Accounting & Finance, Procurement, Admin, Warehouse & Logistics, RMA and Customer Service functions. Take the
          responsibilities of/ review / monitor below affairs.
          1.4.1  Plan and take control of finance, accounting, tax, bank affairs, expense and budget
          1.4.2  Matters related to credit control and AR collection.
          1.4.3  Control and execution of matters related to operation, general affairs and purchasing
          1.4.4  Inventory control and logistics management
          1.4.5  Establish, amend and comply with internal control system
          1.4.6  Assistance in procedures control of RMA, customer services and technical support
          1.4.7  Assistance in sales flow management
          1.4.8  Other related duties as assigned.
 1.5  其它條件:
          1.5.1  Permanent Resident Card or work permit in USA is necessary
          1.5.2  Minimum 10+ years senior management experience.
          1.5.3  Financial background is plus but not must
          1.5.4  Skill in budget preparation and fiscal management.
          1.5.5  Proven experience in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures
          1.5.6  Ability to make the decisions and judgments based on the solid analysis
          1.5.7  Ability to plan, develop and coordinate multiple projects
          1.5.8  Conflict resolution and/or mediation skills
