MD R&R reference

•  Communication between Factory & PD/RD & EQ supplier
• Define the assembly process.(Sub line / flow chart / Assembly requirement)
• Development of assembly fixture and equipment. 1) Device 3D drawing manage and release 2) EQ/Fixture DFM/3D review and approve 3) Master Eq list / EQ schedule manage 4) FBU execute and consolidate the result and issue (Lead the AME) 5) EC manage and evaluate
• Assembly line issue clarified. FA/CA and get the validation result.
• Technical Transfer all related (To VN) 6. DFM review with customer & Supplier
• Cowork with customer to handle PCP/CVC EQ & Fixture demand and schedule
• Lead MD team.
• Project of Equipment & Fixture improvement, new technical

[工作能力需求]

• 大學以上學歷，工作經驗8年以上
• 具相關工作經驗
• 英文能力中等

[其他說明]

• 具智慧型手機設計或製具設備修改相關經驗者佳
• 具有電子產業相關經驗且有領導經驗者佳
• 須配合短期出差越南
