1.Work with account team to handle customer quality issue.
2.Coordinate customer related internal and external corrective action and product quality improvement.
3.Supporting for quality improvement, host a QIT meeting.
4.Handle customer RMA and 8D/CAR process .
5.On-hold/Nonconforming lots disposition.
6.Support on internal/external Quality audit.
7.With Business trip, like Japan, China, Korea ... etc.
