- In charge of the APAC territory (includes every other place except Europe and America) and focus on developing countries.
- Coworking with the chain store channel team and professional channel team to BD and service clients.
- Responsible for the establishment and management of the APAC sales team
- Key account management (ODM and OBM)
- New opportunities approach and customers development
- Drive the APAC team to meet targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives
- Increase overall market share from the partner community
- Report to the Global Commercial Director.
- Leads 4 sales and 2 assistants.
Required Professional and Technical Expertise
- Full scope B2B ODM or OBM experience and BD experience preferred
- 3yr+ sales team management experience
- Strong communication skills, fluent in English, other APAC languages is a plus
- Excellent strategic planning and execution capabilities
- Customer-oriented and good leadership
