2. Responsible for leading a team of technical staff accomplishing assigned projects within a specific time frame.
3. Lead and guide the development processes and review design concept and drawing.
4. Communicate with customer for design proposal/TA/FACA/DFM.
5. Manage and work with vendor to meet the schedule.
