1.4.1 Overseas the Admin, HR, Accounting & Finance, procurement, logistic, WH, customer service functions and manages all hands-on operational aspects of
the Company
1.4.2 Provides accurate and comprehensive financial information to executive management for long-term financial strategizing
1.4.3 Expense and Budget control.
1.4.4 Inventory control and WH/logistics management
1.4.5 Re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures
1.4.6 Establish and maintain internal control system, and assistance in control & management of all the company operations procedures.
1.4.7 Other related duties as assigned.
