- Lead Accounting, Reporting, Budgeting process, Tax compliance, Treasury, Cash flow, Cash management, Audits, P&L, M&A, Forecasting and Financial support for all company strategic initiatives.
- Key member of the executive management team; lead interactions with shareholders and Board of Directors/financial investors while partnering with the CEO and heads of departments on developing and executing business strategy.
- FP&A function, providing greater financial transparency for investors and improving performance measurement.
- Identify F/X risk and instituted hedges.
- Management of external relationships including investors and banks.
