Responsibilities

Lead a software development team of 20 members

Lead a product and testing team of 12members

Following the company’s corporate strategy and to manage and guide the teams to define the needs, document the requirements and to deliver software products on schedule and meet the market needs

Define company product roadmaps and cloud system architecture

Constantly update cloud computing knowledge and cloud market trend and apply to the company products and strategy

Develop the team

Requirements

Deep knowledge and experience on corporate software applications and usage scenario

Deep knowledge and experience on both software framework and IT framework on premise and on cloud

Experience in manage software and product team and cross function communication

Experience in developing software application from scratch with multiple team involvement

Experience in documentation such as function requirements, SA, and SD

Minimum of 10-year solid experience in software development, product and project management

Knowledgeable and hands on experience on cloud computing framework and technology
