1.Responsible for SMT Engineering Department and Organization management、Headcount Resource

2.plan and MFG overall process definition and control, KPI index setup and achievement.

3.Control MLB yield rate and daily output to ensure the production commitment from Customer's demand.

4.New SMT process technical knowledge and related automation proposal transfers to internal team.

5. Responsible for overall MLB performances to meet Customer's requirements, manage day to day operations to meet production plan.

6. Create relevant management reporting to support the project with high dada accuracy on daily and weekly meeting.

7. Process control & optimization and improvement consistently, reduce MOH cost included Equipment/

Fixture/ Spare parts/ Consumable parts for lean orientation, leading internal cross functional team to do DOE with customer and output well results.

8.Equipment efficiency optimization to achieve output capacity target and prevent line down possibility, the implementation of

fool-proofing mechanism and SMART principle.
